Return Policy (Domestic Orders - USA Only

ALEXIS accepts returns received back to our warehouse within 14 days of UPS delivery confirmation.

Items received back within 14-21 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Items received back after 21 days will not be accepted.

Returns are eligible for refund ($12 return fee), store credit, or exchanges, as long as they meet the following requirements:

• Items returned must be in original condition with both the brand tag and security tag attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

• We reserve the right to deny a refund, an exchange, or a store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. A $12.00 return fee will be applied to all returns which will be deducted from your refund. If you choose a store credit the $12 return fee will be waived.
• Please note we do not do price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time we are unable to do a price adjustment
• All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. Please note that order processing time during sale can take 2-3 days. 

Return Policy (International Orders – Outside USA)

We ship globally with certain exceptions. Duties and taxes must be pre-paid and will be collected at checkout. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
